Justifying Covert Regime Change

Demographic statistics regarding affluence are unchallengeably credible indicators of who in a society has preferential treatment by government and big business.  In countries espousing ‘multiculturalism’ where there are huge disparities between rich, middle class and poor and benefit one ethnicity over all most all the others is outward proof of non-transparent political and corporate policies that betray that mixing pot philosophy.

Due to trans-generational nepotism and patronage over two hundred plus years and lengthy Liberal rule in the 20th century Canada’s true paradigm of governance was by the time PM Trudeau came to office communist.  There’d been a complete consolidation of political and corporation power.  When triangle operators collectively decided to jump into geo-political bed with and marry the Beijing leadership headed by Mao Tse-tung in the early 1970s – the single biggest mass murderer in human history – they became barbaric totalitarians.   The coalition finds this circumstance intolerable and is going to fix this institutionalized dysfunctionality.

The Chinese leadership over the last several decades didn’t distance itself from Mao.  They revered him.  And in doing so transparently said to the Western world it embraced his institutionalized serial human rights abusing policies.  His portrait hanging in Tiennemen Square and gracing Chinese currency is inescapable to the point of brazen-intended proof the top tier of the Communist Party wants to emulate his atrocities.

What better event on the calendar than Canada’s Boxing Day to take a snapshot of who on retail main street of a big city are the primary beneficiaries of the country’s economic engine?  That’s when everybody middle class and up is out looking for bargains.  And that’s when affluence demographics are on full display.  One would expect in countries where multiculturalism is a heavily and regularly touted domestic and foreign policy over a period of time measured decades the ethnic make-up of that retail corridor would comprise a healthy mix of nationalities.  And thus in Canada’s largest western city, Vancouver, on what’s called “Rodeo Drive North”, Robson Street, based on those policies one would predict a plethora of ethnicities.

But as the photos posted in this supplemental confirm, that is not only not the case, it is far from it.  On the day when beneficiaries of Canada’s system of opportunities and wealth distribution are walking the street to find post-Christmas sales it was the Chinese that dominated.

The city isn’t called “Hong-couver” for nothing.  It’s because the municipality and surrounding cities and towns are literally overrun with Chinese.  It’s become a massive military hub of operations for the Beijing leadership with the complicity of the operators of the Ottawa-Toronto-Montreal triangle of power and wealth.

This news report on October 9, 2003 is one source of evidence that Dogville is viewed as a Chinese-dominated region.

VICTORIA -- Arnold Schwarzenegger may have terminated the governor of California, but he could find B.C.'s film industry a little harder to take down. The actor-turned politician, who was elected on the same ballot that Californians used to recall Governor Gray Davis, has too many troubles at home to be much of a threat, industry watchers here said Wednesday.

And he may find a supporter's apparent attempt to belittle Vancouver by calling it "Hongcouver" will backfire.

Darrell Issa, the U.S. congressman who put $1.6 million into the recall campaign, told reporter Samantha Shatzky of BCTV News on Global that now that Schwarzenegger is in charge, California will start fighting again for film production work that has been such a boon to B.C.

"Vancouver, or as we call it down here, Hongcouver, they can fight for those jobs, but may the best province win.

The ‘Urban Dictionary’ includes this reference:

1.  hongcouver

A slang term for the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Used because of the high amount of Chinese/Asian people living in the Lower Mainland.

The city’s Chinatown is hailed by Air Canada, the country’s largest commercial jet service as “the Western world’s second largest after San Francisco”.   The area’s business community’s website brags the following:

This is North America's second biggest Chinatown, after San Francisco's. Mandarin and Cantonese are the mother tongues in 30 per cent of Vancouver homes, which makes Chinese the largest "minority" ethnic group.

Demographic statistics related to Richmond, British Columbia, next door to Hong-couver, are cited in Welcoming Fort McMurray and Richmond City Councils Into the Information Loop About Trans-Generational Corruption and Chinese De Facto Governance and Militarization.  It is the Chinada High Command’s most concentrated military hub.  And it will be recalled that when former PM Harper launched his September 2008 federal election bid, he chose Richmond to take an arrogantly belligerent stand against the coalition on behalf of the triangle operators and Chinese elite here and in Beijing: PM Harper Confirms Loyalties: Chooses Western Canada's Largest Chinese Military Hub to Launch 2008 Election Campaign; and How the Coalition Reacted.

More democratic respectability façade generation is observed in this news report, which seeks to conceal the true nature of Asian emigration – linking it to Honk Kong.  Military and intelligence personnel landed here looking like they were coming from the then British colony and after the Chinese takeover then appearing as if they were seeking to flee.

Even the Senate’s internationally and Fiefdom treatise condemned (1, 2) Vivienne Poy uses her vaulted position to obscure the true nature of so-called multiculturalism:

Chinese Vancouver: A decade of change

Vancouver Sun

June 30, 2007

HONG KONG — Remember "Hongcouver?" You don't hear that word much anymore in the polite society of Vancouver, a city that has grown into Canada's — and North America's — most effortlessly Asian metropolis.

But a decade or so, ago you could hear the term "Hongcouver" everywhere.

It was an era's impolitic catch-phrase for the xenophobia and palpable occidental unease in Vancouver at the prospect of a profound upheaval in society. A sleepy city had suddenly found itself a magnet for one of the most significant — and wealthiest — immigration waves to ever hit Canada: the Hong Kong Chinese, who sought out Vancouver as a safe haven after the British colony returned to Chinese rule on July 1, 1997.

[…]

Billionaire Li Ka Shing started it by buying the Expo 86 lands and transformed them into a miniature version of the towering condos of his hometown Hong Kong. That accelerated a radical change to the city's skyline, with the luxury condos of Coal Harbour following, along with a profusion of downtown condo towers that have densified and energized the city's core, and made it more congested.

[…]

"We are now the most integrated Asian city in North America," says Yu, who said it was that fact that helped convince him to return to Vancouver from UCLA, where he also teaches. "In a lot of cities Chinese are in certain areas only. But in Vancouver, you can't go to a neighbourhood now where Chinese aren't living in significant numbers. It's incredible."

[…]

[T]here is also, warns Senator Vivienne Poy, another, a more troubling reason for the Chinese brain drain.

"Our son told me, a few years back, that there was no chance that someone like him would ever make it to the top of a Canadian corporation," Poy, who immigrated to Canada from Hong Kong in 1959, told the Vancouver Club in a recent speech. "It has nothing to do with intelligence, education and language skills. It's to do with his surname, and his ethnicity.

"On the one hand, there is a lack of opportunities in Canada, partly due to systemic racism and partly because mainstream Canada is like a small club and slow in accepting outsiders," she added.

It’s a “small club” all right: for the rich, powerful and Chinese only.  No others need apply.  This twisted favoritism was also observed when the Ontario government’s Immigration minister was contacted as part of the dissemination initiative.  If the country had been on a path to full multiculturalism for decades, one wouldn’t find most of his inner core as was documented in Chinese Government De Facto Governance and Militarization Influence Where’d You Expect It if the Country’d Become What American Intel and the Corroborating Fiefdom Treatise Articulate.

Recall what was documented in The 'Racism' Constituent in Fiefdom-Totalitarian Commu-Nazi Genocidal Racism:

Evidence of systemic institutionalized racism emerged in a place where one has a genuine and accurate window on how the future of a country is going to look – in elementary school.  To ascertain what ethnic group is or groups are going to make up the upper middle class and be in important decision-making positions in two to three decades one only need look at the demographic composition of a gymnasium of grade school kids in an affluent suburb.  And one can determine with accuracy what a country’s immigration policy is by looking around the room containing 250 to 300 six to twelve year olds and counting ethnicity.

That window was swung wide open on the afternoon of December 21, 2006.  The Canadian lawyer attended his niece’s Christmas sing-a-long at Quilchena School.  The elementary school is in Dogville’s affluent neighborhood of Kerrisdale. […]  The ethnic demographics amongst some 250 to 300 children observed by the Canadian lawyer over an hour and a half period was astounding in its lopsided bias.  Both his mother and sister commented repeatedly how large the contingent of Chinese children was compared to Caucasians.  His sister estimated 60 – 70% were Chinese.

What was also profoundly apparent was the absence of all other ethnic groups.  There were two – only two – other identifiable non-Caucasians.  Out of all those hundreds of families represented there, there were only two African children.  No First Nations, no East Indians and no other ethnic groups – zero! […]

On June 19, 2008, [he] returned to what in a blink of an academic eye became the epicenter of western civilization’s institutionalized racism and Chinese military bigotry and what formed the evidentiary foundation for proving economic genocide against the country’s aboriginals.  He meticulously counted ethnicity as the entire school was paraded in groups on stage in the auditorium for an end of the year singing performance.  In the final statistical analysis, there were as many Chinese students from Grade 1 through 7 as there were Caucasian and all other minorities combined.

This was a critically important count; since it would either confirm what was observed during the previous academic year (2006-7) or dispel the claim that Canadian political foreign policy-making regarding immigration and Beijing’s emigration authorizations (viz. Approved Destination Status – which Canada still doesn’t have) was geared towards advancing the interests of the Peoples Republic of China.

To make sure there was little room for error, he counted ethnicity twice for each of the twelve groups that entered the auditorium.

Chinese                                              165

Caucasian                                          140

African-Canadian                               ~5-6

Indo-Canadian                                   ~3-4

Eastern European-Mediterranean     ~2-3

When all the evidence is complied, including The Sidewinder Report – now twelve years old and thus what is documented therein is even more substantive – it is undeniable that what was observed during 2009’s Boxing Day on Robson Street, labelled “Hollywood's Rodeo Drive of the North”, is to be expected.  Throngs of Chinese walking up and down each side of the street and visibly outnumbering all other ethnic groups.  It’s a rhetorical question to ask where were the East Indians, Muslims and those of African descent?

With Canada only getting China’s approval to be an authorized destination for visiting and emigration in December 2009, the question during the Fiefdom treatise research project in August ’04 upon review of The Sidewinder Report and StatsCan’s facts and figures was if that official sanction was never granted during the last forty years, why are the Chinese the second largest minority in the country?: Out of Harper’s China Visit Comes “Approved Destination Status” and More Fabrications About Canada-China Relations.
